Processing and shipping time

The processing time for orders sent to the United States is 1 to 2 working days, and the shipping time takes 10 to 15 working days. If you are in a remote area, the transportation time may be extended.

No delivery on weekends and holidays.

Orders may be delayed during holidays or in the event of a large inflow of orders. We will notify you accordingly by email or phone or text message and promptly notify you in the event of a delay. In these emergency situations, please contact us.

Notes about COVID-19

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the normal operations of all couriers worldwide have been affected, this includes our courier partners and order shipments may appear with a delay of 3-5 business days. Your patient cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated!

Non-contact delivery (due to Covid-19)

Customers can choose to make contactless deliveries at such times.

We are not responsible for theft or loss of the package after delivery. You have confirmed this, because in contactless delivery the person will keep the order outside your door.

Handling of orders after they have been placed

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. After completing your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This will contain all order details, tracking ID and link; using the “Track Order” page, you can track your order.

Shipping Standards

We use UPS, FedEx or DHL to ship orders. For orders over $49, we will provide free shipping to destinations in the U.S. For orders under $49, flat rate shipping fee is $10.

Tariffs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes on your order. All charges levied during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

What do I do if my package does not arrive in the normal time frame?

We welcome receiving any confusing emails about your order, including but not limited to order status, shipping issues or even information changes, and we will do our best to respond or resolve your issue as soon as possible.
